OVERVIEW
Physicist Lionel Barrett is enlisted by Mr. Deutsch, an eccentric millionaire, to investigate "survival after death" at Belasco house, one of
the most notorious of haunted houses. The house was owned by a perverted murderer, who supposedly took part in a massacre.
Barrett believes that the house is simply the repository of unfocused electromagnetic energy. He believes that a machine he has developed will rid the house of any paranormal prescence. Will he succeed?
